Request Body

The request body contains customer details required to create a new customer record.

Request Body Fields

customer_type: Type of customer (for example, Individual or Company).
first_name: Customer’s first name.
last_name: Customer’s last name.
middle_name: Customer’s middle name, if applicable.
suffix: Name suffix (for example, Jr., Sr.), if applicable.
ssn: Social Security Number of the customer.
email_id: Email address of the customer.
dl_number: Driver’s license number.
govt_id_no: Government-issued identification number.
date_of_birth: Customer’s date of birth in YYYY-MM-DD format.
phone: Primary phone number of the customer.
customer_group: Customer group classification.
territory: Territory associated with the customer.
contact: Existing contact reference, if available.
duplicate_status: Duplicate check status indicator.

Response Body Fields

session_expired: Indicates session state during the request
- 1 = Session expired or refreshed
- 0 = Session active
message: Unique identifier of the newly created customer record.
